One of the leading brand names in the Fresh Fruit & Veg industry in South Africa has an opportunity for an individual to take the role as Team Leader at one of their Pack Houses in Cape Town. Your key purpose will be to take responsibility for production targets and operational effectiveness. Continuous process improvement, Waste Management, Cost Management and people management will be focus areas, while ensuring the adherence to HACCP regulations throughout the production area.
Candidate Requirements
Matric is a minimum requirement
Previous supervisory experience is essential. No applications without previous supervisory experience will be considered
Computer Literate in MS Word & Excel
Pro-active planning
Warehousing experience will be highly advantageous.
Experience in the Fruit & Veg industry combined with the above criteria will ensure your interview.
