Plumber wanted immediately: Salary R14 000 per month
Plumber will be responsible to deliver planned & reactive maintenance service covering full spectrum on Plumbing installations & minor building works
Duties:
Interact with the Help Desk, proactively engaging to either retrieve and/or update call statuses, comply with all SLA response times to achieve Output Specifications criteria.
Undertake daily reactive maintenance tasks as given by the Maintenance Manager and/or Supervisor, attend to leakages & blocked drains & performing general plumbing duties
Implement equipment service specifications in accordance with Client & Company requirements
Conduct maintenance on plumbing equipment as per schedule, preventative or emergency fault rectification
Perform inspection of facility, plumbing equipment on site, identify areas of risk & report back for rectification
Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA &
planned tasks
Maintain a high quality standard of work & timeous completion of all Works Orders/ requests
Be safety conscious at all times and apply safe working conditions
Provide constant feedback to the Supervisor & Client on restoration of operations
Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA & work requests
Identify potential problems or hazards on Client equipment for investigation, evaluation & resolution
Minimum Requirements
Minimum N3 – N6 in Plumbing
Trade Test in Plumbing
3 years in trade experience in Plumbing maintenance in a Heavy Plant environment
Computer literate, proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill-level), SAP knowledge
Knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
