Receptionist / Office Administrator urgently needed: Salary R5 000 to R7 000 per month
Kzn’s largest Vodacom Dealer is looking for a Dynamic/professional receptionist to join the team at their head offices in Montclair.
Duties
Responsible for ensuring reception is efficiently and effectively managed
Answering of phones
Welcoming visitors
Managing of drivers routes and deliveries daily
Managing fleet of 10 cars ( petrol, service , car wash, tracking, weekly inspection and tracking)
General AdminTask
Manage office equipment for entire group
Document management (storage, shredding etc)
Managing store maintenance issues ( repairs, pest control etc)
Property Management (15 tenants) leasing, repairs and maintenance, cleaners and rentals etc
Qualifications:
Advanced excel knowledge
Excellent communications skills
Proficient writing skills
Organisational skills
Basic computer literacy
Able to multi task and work under Pressure
Attention to detail
Motivated and lots of energy
Working hours :
Monday to Friday
7.30am to 5.30 am
Saturday 8 am to 1.30 pm
