We are seeking an Executive Office Administrator to join our client at their offices in Sandton
You will be required to
Assist Executive and Managers with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car bookings
Compiling and submitting expenses Collate and file all expense receipts
Organising meetings both internally and externally including arrangingscheduling board rooms and arranging catering
Collating team holiday dates
Ordering stationery
Inputting capturing confidential data onto the database system, ensuring both speed and accuracy
Arranging training sessions for new employees
Utilising Microsoft Office to create a variety of associated documentation WordExcel
General admin support to the Office and executives as required
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
High level of numeracy
Excellent relationship building skills
Selfdisciplined, results driven and energetic
A strong, methodical attention to detail
Good time management and the ability to manage upwards
A fluent and articulate communicator, who is outgoing and confident
Have the ability to absorb information and think laterally in a practical, hands on manner
Confident and proficient at using Microsoft Office applications
A proactive and positive team player with exceptional organisational skills, energy, drive and enthusiasm
