A Cutting Edge Foundation seeks to appoint an Operations Manager to be based in Johannesburg.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the oversight
and coordination of projects and programs within the Foundation’s
focus areas of philanthropy i.e. Education, Health Care & Clean Water,
Small Business Development and Environment & Conservation, within all the
provinces of South Africa, and to streamline cohesion between Operational and
Central Office Teams.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will work closely with all the Operations national and provincial Teams.
The ideal candidate should hold at least a degree and be experienced in running an operations department for a non-governmental organization or a foundation. The ideal candidate must be willing to offer donated or discounted services.
