The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist this organization’s leadership. In this position, you are confident coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Schedule travel
Planning meetings and events
Creating and managing purchase orders, invoicing etc
General office admin
Budget and financial reports
Payroll/HR administration
Excellent communication skills essential (working from labour to Directors)
Qualifications:
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organised
Ability to work fast under extreme pressure
Pastel advantageous
Must be completely efficient in Excel
Type no less that 60wpm
Be flexible in working overtime (if necessary)
Previous construction experience would be an advantage
Salary negotiable
