POSITION SYNOPSIS:
The purpose of this role is responsible for the maintenance of ventilation and occupational hygiene systems and to provide the immediate supervisor with information to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Serious contenders will have an Intermediate Certificate in MEC (Mine Environmental Control) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in underground mine ventilation of which at least 1 years in a supervisory capacity; have started studying towards the Advance Certificate in MEC;
Knowledge of relevant legislation and mining industry is advantageous?
Advanced Certificate in Mine Environmental Control is advantageous;
Degree / BTech / National Diploma is advantageous;
A code 08 valid driver’s license is essential;
Computer literate is essential (MS Office Suite);
Knowledge of 1SAP is essential;
