COD Clerk wanted immediately: Salary R8 000 per month

COD Clerk will be responsible for liaising with suppliers to acquire statements and ensure outstanding invoices are received and processed

Duties

Ensure that cash payments are prepared, approved and paid timeously
Follow up on unpaid COD’s daily
Handle all COD creditors related queries
Correct and timeous capturing of invoices
Cash Creditors reconciliations have to be clear and regular updates provided if outstanding queries
Ensure filing is up to date daily
Adhoc administration duties as and when required

Experience and Education

Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum two to three years’ experience doing full creditors function
Knowledge of accounting software packages
Strong Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and according to tight deadlines
Have excellent documentation and communication skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
