Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
Diary management for conferences, meetings and events, with specific forums, board and committee meetings
Attend to logistics of meetings in respect of venues, catering, equipment, procurement etc.;
Manage the Executive’s travel arrangements in line with the Scheme’s travel policy;
Prepare meeting packs, presentations as required;
File all documents and correspondence in a well organised filing system
Administer the Chief’s miscellaneous expenses;
Maintain the divisional contracts and update within 48 hours;
Provide administrative support
Provide telecommunication support and services by attending to incoming and outgoing calls and email;
To compose and type all relevant correspondence.
Qualification, skills, and competencies requirements are:
Qualification in Administration or Secretarial studies or equivalent NQF level;
Strong work tenure with at least 2 years of experience in a supportive Executive Personal Assistant role;
Experience in an Internal Audit environment would be advantageous;
A clear understanding of confidentiality;
Proficient in Microsoft Office( Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Accounting Package, Adobe Acrobat and Social Media web platforms);
Excellent letter writing and organizational skills;
High level of project management skills;
Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change;
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work levels;
To work in a flexible manner including out of hours( including traveling) as when required;
Excellent written English and the ability to communicate at all levels
