CRITERIA;
Matric
Professional appearance is a must, as the candidate will be in the front office greeting and working with all clients
Well-spoken with a professional phone etiquette
Be computer literate, Microsoft Word, Outlook.
Energetic and have a friendly and engaging manner
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently when required

DUTIES:
Greeting clients
Answering and screening calls thoroughly, taking detailed messages as necessary
Filing
Assist with faxing, scanning and high volume photocopying
Assist in handling company inquiries and general emails.
