We Need Someone To Start As Soon As Possible.

* Very Thorough In All Work Being Done (Attention To Detail Is A Must)
* Someone With Their Own Transport (To Often Run Quick Errands)

* Someone That Can Use Their Own Initiative
* Great Telephonic / Communication Skills
Duties Are As Follows;
* Switchboard (Answering & Transferring Calls, Taking Messages) etc …
* Booking Flights / Accommodation
* Stock Handling / Stock Take
* Meeting & Greeting Clients
* Running Errands For Directors From Time To Time
* Keeping Border Documents For Vehicles Up To Date
* Renewing Car License Disks For Company Vehicles Once A Year
* Organising Meetings Where Applicable
* Courier Related Tasks
* General Office Inquiries
Please Note: This Job Requires You To Be Very Hard Working & Willing, Someone That Can Get In And Just Get The Ball Rolling. Candidate Will Have To Be Able To Work Independently Most Of The Time And Will Need To Be Able To Work Under Pressure As We Get Our Busy Times During The Month But It Is Manageable.
Training & Ongoing Support Will Be Provided.
Hours Are From 08:00 to 17:00 Monday – Friday.
This Is Really A Simple Job To Uphold, It Just Requires Attention To Detail And For One To Prioritize Their Day Accordingly.
Other Aspects Will Be Discussed In The Interview.
