As Planet Fitness continues to grow, we currently have an opportunity available for a Sales Manager within industry experience to join the dynamic Sales division.

You would need to be able to demonstrate

Industry expeirence
Stong team leadership and proactive approach
B2B and B2C exposure
Ability to communicate on all levels
Hands on exposure
Think out the box
Recruitment and development of a team
Adaptable
Generate revenue by increasing membership sales

Driving and setting up of daily, weekly and monthly targets

Maintain consistent target delivery

Sustain optimal team productivity by recruiting on an ongoing basis

Training, mentoring and motivating staff

Manage the sales administration process

Dealing with member queries

Presenting our services and offerings

Member retention

Deliver superior member service

Doing outreach events and promotions

Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures

Attending and completion of all Sales Manger training modules as communicated.

Experience & Competencies:

Proven track record of consistent sales achievements

Previous management skills and ability to interact at all levels

Display high level of integrity and honesty

Recruitment of sales staff experience

Must be flexible and adaptable

Sound work ethic to lead by example in accordance with the Planet way.

Own Vehicle with valid drivers license
