We are a home furniture and bed store that have been operating for over 20 years. A vacancy now exists to join our friendly team as retail sales assistant.

The role will include the following:

Delivering exceptional customer service
Processing payments through our online POS system
Managing deliveries
Merchandising
Quotes and general enquiries

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience, ideally in a retail environment
Competent in various computer applications such as email and social platforms
Familiar with a computerised POS system
Passionate about customer service
Friendly
Confident
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Basic Salary negotiable plus commission
