Applications are invited to the above mentioned position to be based in Potchefstroom . The successful candidate will be reporting to the Sales Manager North West .
Core Capabilities / Activities:
Acting as “gatekeeper” when scheduling/diarising meetings, appointments and key events, including effective diary management
Liaison with internal & external work partners
Effectively communicating and following up on urgent matters
Handling confidential issues
Auditing and feedback of sales admin documentation
Ensure effective asset management including merchandizing
Processing of Services orders in SAP CRM and SAP ERP and managing the process to Purchase Order creation
Material Masterdata for Campaigns – ERP & CRM . Have material codes created or update existing codes as and when required. Update CRM campaigns accordingly.
Manage the Material release process and the creation of Purchase orders with buyers
Manage the Stock Transfer Order process in SAP CRM from start to finish
Ensure allocations are completed and stock is visible on Touchworks
Manage Goods issue process for Brand and Trade Marketing and manage the merchandising write offs from start to finish
Ensure process compliance by all relevant Stakeholders
Ensure all POS and ROI are linked to relevant marketing campaigns
Budget management: Budget sourcing, working papers and capturing
Cost Centre Management
Fleet administration (including petrol cards and private km’s management)
General office administration
Assist with Management Presentation compilation
Monthly variance reports
Compilation of monthly market intelligence reports
Expense claims
Assist with administration of sales tools of trade (tablets, cellphones, laptops)
Assist with procurement administration
Co-ordinating of regional events/ conferences/ workshops and travel arrangements
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
Matric Qualification
A secretarial or relevant qualification
FMCG experience is advantageous
Energetic professional with a high level of confidentiality
Must have at least 2-5 years proven admin and merchandising experience
Computer literate in MS Office and SAP together with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to work accurately and under pressure
The ability to multi-task
Effective Time Management
Be able to communicate effectively at all levels, work across-functions and the ability to work in a dynamic and diverse team environment
Experience in SAP ERP & CRM systems and a good understanding of the Qlickview Funds, Merchandising and Procurement reports would be advantageous
