The main purpose of this job is to ensure that returned faulty stock is repaired/tested efficiently and effectively in order to be able to meet SLA requirements set by the vendor and by Rectron, and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Objectives:
§ Timeously assess and repair jobs
Ensure set KPI’s are reached and maintained
Ensure effective customer communication
Effective follow up and Job checking
Report any incompatibility of products to management
Execute Rectron standards of excellence in all work completed.
Build good relationships with staff and customers, display a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
Assist with other job related duties as and when required
Other duties as specified by your line manager
