Junior Conveyancing Secretary Ballito wanted: Salary R6 000 to R8 000 per month

We are looking for a junior conveyancing “specialist” to be based in our Ballito office.

We need someone willing to work their way up and prove themselves.

Someone sociable with awesome communication skills and a great marketer is essential to fit in our team.

Here’s the nitty gritty:
Salary: R6000 to R8000 per month

Experience: minimum 1 year experience working with transfers and bonds on Lexis Convey

Must be able to work independently
Must be able to liaise WELL with agents and clients
Must be able to deal with difficult people regularly
Must be a mover and shaker and go getter

Full knowledge of Microsoft Office and Attorneys accounting packages and Attorneys office practice

Must be honest, loyal, diligent and be able to see things from ‘The Bigger Picture’ perspective and have the company’s interests at heart.
