Key responsibilities • Management of support staff (Admin Officer PG Applications, LAN Administrator, Website & Events Administrator and Administrative Assistant/Messenger) • Manage and Maintain School Buildings/Projects and general building maintenance oversight • Provide strategic Operational and Client Services Functions • Process all HR related activities • Oversee and provide guidance on school day to day ICT issues • Keep abreast with OHS&E requirements • Execute E-Filing system Minimum requirements • Degree or a Diploma as a minimum qualification • Minimum of 5-10 years experience in operational & client services functions • Excellent proficiency in written and oral skills in English (multiple languages preferred) • Knowledge of ICT issues • Strong experience in computer literacy in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Required competencies • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters • Administrative systems and processes • Compiling high-level reports and high attention to detail • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills • Strong problem solving skills • Good analytical skills • Experience in project management • Demonstrate ability to process mapping and initiate process improvements tools • Perform well in a highly pressurised • Self driven and deadline driven • Excellent prioritisation and negotiation skills
