Job Description
Willfully manage the Hotel’s Pastry Department. Will report to Executive Chef. General Head Pastry Chef duties will apply. Everything will be made from Scratch on site. Previous experience within similar role essential.
Qualifications
Formal Pastry/Confectionary/Sugar/Chocolate Qualifications are desired.
Skills
Able to keep up with Trends. Strong Love of Pastry, Breads, Desserts, and Confectioneries. Able to train and manage a team. Highly Creative and Talented in the field. Own transport. Willing to work hours that industry demands.
