Performs duties in all areas of the hotels property with regards to guest satisfaction as to assist with luggage and room induction. The Porter / General worker promotes a positive image of the property to Guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should
also be able to address Guests requests and problems.

Main Duties (But not limited to):
Provides exceptional service and assistance to Guests:
Assists Guests with Luggage as and when required
Assists Guests with parking
Assists Guests with directions
Responsible for achieving and exceeding Guests satisfaction
Ensure a Full room and Hotel induction is done upon check in
Ensure all services available are offered to guests
Report any maintenance issues
Answering questions about the hotel and surrounding areas
Greet and welcome all guests
You might be required to work in any other area which is required of him/her, which may include public areas
or rooms from time to time as designated by Management

EDUCATION:
Minimum Matric Senior Certificate is advantageous

EXPERIENCE:
Min 1 year Related experience
