Position: Administrator / Receptionist / Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Duties:

Managing and assisting the office ensuring all requirements are in place.

Filing of company documents.

Ensuring day to day business.

Assisting with Payroll and keep a constant up to date employee profile, handling of orders from suppliers.

Communication between all company departments.

Conducting research.

Completing summaries of all necessary company information.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

Experience (MUST) 1-2 years

Matric Certificate (MUST)

Young, Vibrant and stylish.

Excellent English – additional languages are an added bonus

Live in and or around the Cape Town CBD area.

Flexible hours

Good with Microsoft platforms ( excel / powerpoint / word / pastel)

This position reports to the Director and HR manager
