Westvaal Motor Holdings, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free state, Western Cape, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position Vehicle Stock Controller/Admin Clerk situated at Westvaal Secunda. Duties / Responsibilities: Responsible for Stock Control function;Establish and maintain relationship with manufacturer and dealer network to enable sourcing of vehicles;Capture all new vehicle information unto the dealer management system to ensure that the system is up to date and the information is available to all users;Recording and reporting on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision-making in area of accountability; Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers.General Admin duties.Requirements: 3-5 years relevant experience in the motor industry; Dealer Management system literacy (Units); Must be able to handle a high volume of New and Used vehicles per month; Application of Policies & Procedures, computer literate.
