The Role:
Ensure smooth operation of the warehouse during the night shift. Ensure that cargo
is prepared for loading every morning and that all vehicles leave at specified
times every morning. Plan and coordinate the storage and distribution
operations in line with the Companyâ??s service level agreement. Adhere to
the business processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency. Organize the
availability of vehicles, drivers and products to meet the specified delivery
schedules. Maintain the appropriate records in relation to vehicle cost,
drivers hours and other administrative processes.

Skills and Experience:
Grade 12 certificate

Logistics / Transportation management qualification

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to anticipate and solve problems/queries practically.

Proven reasoning and analytical skills.

Team player who displays initiative.

Good interpersonal skills.

Hard worker â?? must have managerial / leadership skills

Must be able to work long hours.

Must have own transport

Logistics / Transport background

Computer Literacy
