General Accountabilities:
Perform the duties of a warehouse operative Maintain records and review documents prepared by the team
Monitor performance of team members Report any breaches of Health & Safety regulations and incidents/accidents Communicate work practices, procedures and methods to team members, as required Perform additional duties as assigned by management Local Accountabilities
Conduct training for new team members as required Manage GPAs for the team Achievement of productivity targets Health & Safety Record Deliveries on time

Minimum requirements:
Matric with math’s
12 months + work experience
Knowledge of working in a vehicle manufacturing plant will be an advantage (not required)
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and/or lifting, in line with Health and Safety regulations.
