Daily Duties include but not limited to:
Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle and submit written report
Efficiently pack vehicle for deliveries
Work independently and as part of a team
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with operating officer
Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
Your truck must be operated safely at all times

Requirements:
be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
be able to read, speak and write English
pass criminal background check, drug test, and DOT physical
be able to complete and pass a road test
be of legal status to work in the Republic of South Africa
be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs with a hand truck
pass the company Ground approval process to become a qualified driver
have reliable transportation to and from work
be on site at the terminal on time and ready to work each work day
be able to climb stairs
be able to work in all types of weather
be able to work when it gets dark
be able to do a lot of walking at a steady pace
be able to adapt to situations to meet customers’ needs
know the importance of safety
