Pro-Range (Pty) Ltd, The Golf Village is looking for a vibrant, dynamic, responsible and target driven Call Centre Agent for our Head Office – Tyger Valley.
If you are looking for a permanent position, is goal-driven and has high levels of integrity, a positive attitude this position may be for you. You need to be assertive and persistent and be able to work under pressure. This candidate needs to be reliable and able to multi-task even when working under pressure whilst still being tactful and sensitive towards the member. This position relies on outbound calls, up to 80% of your day to day to secure the payment of account arrears, so communication skills and rapport building are key to the candidate being successful.
Basic computer knowledge, matric qualification, and own transportation are essential for this position. The salary offered is an R3500 basic, a bonus of R1000.00 on achieving set targets and a competitive commission structure. Company benefits are also offered after your probation period. Previous debt collection experience is beneficial, however, not essential.
Our working hours are as follow:
Monday to Friday – 08h00 am till 17h00 pm and Saturdays if required.
