High Tech Process Plant seeks a
Process Specialist/Manager with a background in Resin/Glue/

Phenolic Resin/Petrochemical/Bio Fuel/Chemical to manage Quality, Processes, Safety and Staff.

This is a state-of-the-art plant, so you will need to be able to analyse data, be capable of optimising plant and processes, monitor the data to make sure waste is low and processes are running at optimum.

You will select and train a team of 15-20 Operators/Setters and train them on processes and procedures and how to operate the PLCs. You will need a BTech in Chemical Engineering, min 5yrs experience in managing a process plant/line in the
Resin/Glue/

Phenolic Resin/Petrochemical/Bio Fuel/Chemical industries, have solid experience in plant optimisation, exposure to working with dangerous goods. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for the latest technologies and is able to set up and train a team to run a plant that will be their baby. You would have to embrace new technologies and be hungry to grow and learn. I am not looking for someone from a lab environment but rather someone who has worked in production and understands the processes and technologies. Good growth potential, stability guaranteed.
