Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for continues perpetual stock counts and variance investigations & reconciling with a specific focus on correcting stock quantities, correcting bin locations &reporting on variances found.

Duties:

Perpetual counts daily
Perpetual counts monthly
Physical stock to bin confirmation.
Reconciling stock variances by locating missing or miss binned stock
Confirmation of part numbers on the packaging.
Investigating and locating missing stock.
Daily GRN report checking and confirmation.
Job-Related Knowledge and Skills:

Must have Matric.
Work experience as stock controller, Warehouse Organization or Stock management or similar role.
Knowledge of logistics and stock control software
Understanding of basic warehousing principles and practices.
Time management and prioritizing skills.
Basic administration and filing experience.
Basic computer (Microsoft) experience.
Communication skills
Must be dedicated and accuracy achievement orientated.
Must be honest and diligent.
