proactive and vibrant ADMIN AND ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to
assist with general admin functions.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements, please only respond if you meet all these requirements:

Must have good written and verbal English communication skills

Must be computer literate with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
·
Must
have great telephone etiquette
·
Able to work independently without supervision
·
Must be able to cope in a busy working environment
·
Be a quick learner who is willing to learn and take direction
·
Must have Matriculated, further studies in accounts will be beneficial
·
Admin and basic experience in accounts is needed
·
Previous experience in invoicing would be an advantage
·
Own transport required
·
Attention to detail is crucial
The candidate needs to be a fast learner with reasonable computer
literacy to be considered for the position.
