Walk-In Centre Consultant needed urgently: APPLY HERE

To ensure client retention, development and maintenance of an allocated portfolio of clients relating to the funds administration. Providing effective and efficient service telephonically or via email\or other correspondence in a timeous manner. Maintaining key relationships with stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery and to provide continuous backup service to the Account executives at all times.

WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO DO

Ensure queries and problems are resolved accurately and timeously
Take full responsibility of queries received and feedback to the client
Obtain all relevant information to finalize the queries received
Attending to telephonic queries
Attending to staff and broker’s email requests
Distribution of membership packs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Matric
3-5 years’ experience in the Medical Scheme Administration industry, preferably in a customer service environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Momentum Health system knowledge, Oracle claims experience an advantage, and in-depth knowledge of all Momentum Health products (Health Saver, Advice Fee, Health Waiver, Health Returns & Multiply) an advantage
Experience interacting at a senior level with companies and brokers an advantage.
Good understanding of the Medical Schemes Industry
Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential
