Creditors Clerk wanted immediately: Salary R12 000 to R15 000 Per Month

Requirements:

Grade 12

Bookkeeping or similar qualification

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Creditors environment

Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles

Computer Literate – Sage Evolution would be an advantage

Duties include but are not limited to:

Full Creditors’ function;

Processing of banks;

Processing of purchase orders for both COD & 30days;

Capture supplier invoices;

Follow up on queries (claims) on supplier invoices and PODS;

Assist with credit applications;

Request statement from 30day suppliers and send out remittances;

Prepare recon;

Prepare payments summary;

Must have good understanding of stock/manufacturing for the GRN and linking to invoice.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 08h00 – 16h30
