Sales of all products in the Daisy product suite (Multifunctional printers, PABX, CCTV and security, software, IT) as well as client account management

Duties:
Attending Client appointments
Updating daily activity on the Custrack CRM system (reports every Friday)
Management of customer database allocated to the candidate
Pursing new business leads – telesales calls, cold calling, etc
Cross selling products into existing customer base Preparing deal files for each sales transaction – ensuring all required paperwork is properly signed off by client
Ensuring that all deal files are given to relevant sales co-ordinators & all documents are kept in client files
Ensuring deal files are submitted to finance dept containing all requisite paperwork prior to commission cut-off dates
Obtaining good customer relations/networking by ensuring courtesy calls, client visits and follow-ups according to customer grading i.e. – size of account
Proper communication with internal departments regarding deals – finance, service, technical etc

Candidate Requirements:
2 – 3 years sales experience minimum Industry experience preferable but not required Must have a Grade 12 qualification Must have own vehicle – roadworthy & reliable throughout employment contract Valid driver’s license
