Job Title: Treasury Clerk

Reporting to: Treasury & CWX Pay over Manager

Job Purpose: The Treasury Clerk will be responsible to fulfil the full Treasury Clerk function for our group companies, including accurate and timeous processing of payment and refunds daily.

Location: Woodstock, Cape Town

Key Deliverables:

Under the management/direction of the Treasury & CWX Pay over Manager, you will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Effective tracking of the suspense account using the suspense dashboard to highlight any anomalies.
Matching old schedules to current payments for allocations to Matters.
Screen refund and prepare documents for payment.
Ensure all refunds are paid and processed on the matters.
Suspense item processing(Allocation, Removal)
Filing of hard copies of refund payments.
Aid with tracing and matching of all unreconciled bank recon items
Ad Hoc duties as requested by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Matric
Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or studying towards one
Basic financial background.
High level of competency in Microsoft excel.
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:00 until 17:00
This appointment will be made in line with the Nimble Group Employment Equity Plan.
