We are recruiting for a General Warehouse Driver in the Kempton Park area. The role will involve working in the busy warehouse along with driving a company van to move goods from certain locations in the Telford area. Please note you will need a license to drive a 3.5-tonne van. You will need to provide your license at the interview and a DVLA check will be completed. Applications without will not be considered.
Details of a General Warehouse Driver
Monday to Friday working week
Working Hours are Days only. Monday to Thursday 8am to 5.15pm, Friday 8am to 11.50am
39 hour working week
Overtime is available on a flexible basis

Salary of a General Warehouse Operative
Overtime rates payable after 39 standard hours have been worked
Attendance and Performance payable after 12 week qualifying period
Role of a General Warehouse Driver
You will be working in a busy warehouse picking items and counting stock
Maintaining 5s standards
Operation of a scan gun will be required day to day
You must have a good level of English and Mathematics skills as the job will involve reading labels and counting various items
There will be tines throughout the week when you will be required to drive the company van to move items from one location to another.
You will be working as part of a large team within the warehouse
You will also need to be able to work on your own initiative at times
Due to insurance purposes you will need to be at least 25 years of age to drive the company van
