Candidate Requirements:

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

Welcoming guests as they arrive at the hotel
Checking guests in and out as well as issuing keys
Directing their calls/ email to the reservations department if needed
Preparing bills and dealing with payments.
Provide guests with relevant information
Answer their queries and deal with complaints.
You are responsible for welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
Answering or referring inquiries
Taking and relaying messages
General administration

Matric
Fully computer literate with experience in MS Office
Must have experience in the relevant industry

High level of professionalism.
Patience
High level of care and attention to detail.
Above-average interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Must be very flexible and open to doing any tedious task requested
Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
Self-starter and pro-active.
