Bookkeeper – Construction / Building and Project Management Industry

Area: Polokwane

Min Requirements:

Min 10 years experience working as a Bookkeeper / Accountant
Civil Engineering / Construction industry experience will be an advantage
Computer Literate: MS Office / Pastel Accounting Essential
Excellent figure acumen and account reconciliation skills.

Able to manage a large workload, work independently and under pressure.
Main duties will include:

Bookkeeping function to trail balance.
Bank reconciliations, project costing and payment certificates.
Capturing and processing of financial data on Pastel Accounting.
Prepare and submit monthly reports timeously and accurately.
Monthly reconciliation of General Ledger.
Controlling and reconciling debtors, creditors and petty cash accounts.
Order placement and stock distribution to sites.
Project / office administration and document control.
Preference will be given to Indian Female applicants due to clients equity requirements.
