Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
Answer phone and field general queries
Answer basic customer inquiries
Packing orders
Courier bookings
Email tracking information to customers/enter on system
Receiving stock into warehouse
Tracking orders
Update products/stock levels
Load new products
Update products
Liaise with suppliers
Ordering of stock
Collecting/delivering on odd occasions
Receiving visitors for meetings/Serving Tea/Coffee at meetings
Post office duties
Keeping kitchen, office & bedding supplies filled up
Create orders on back office
Send orders through to relevant suppliers
General back-up if Sales & Logistics manager is out of office
Experience and skills required:
Must have matric, tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
Experience working in an office environment with admin
Experience in customer service and sales
Must be proficient in MS office, use of Internet & email software
Must have valid driver’s license
Must be fluent in English
