The incumbent will be responsible for:
Personal Assistant to General Works Manager
Overseas and local travel arrangements
Scheduling of meetings, training, conferences, and workshops
Liaison with various stakeholders
Management report preparations
Cost Control
Office Cash Management
General office administration and filing
Any other activities of a clerical nature
REQUIREMENTS:
Computer literate (MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP)
Drivers License
Good communication and customer service skills
EXPERIENCE:
Good working knowledge of SAP
Experience as a management level secretary
