A financial services company seeks to employ an experienced, detail orientated and high performing individual for its Customer Service and Quality Assurance position in Sunninghill, Johannesburg.
Customer Service:
Achieves superior customer service and client-centric behavior through resolving client queries and complaints promptly, professionally and effectively.
Maintains professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance:
Daily update , monitoring and management of the complaints register
Liaising with the regulatory entities i.e. NCR, FSCA, etc.
Monthly monitor of the FSCA reps register
Ensures policies, procedures and company values are adhered to in all branch operations.
Ensure the correctness and quality of insurance applications captured.
Ensure legislation is adhered to.
Quality Assurance:
Provide quality administration service in respect of the Quality Assurance Field and Call Centre
Contribute to the implementation of a quality assurance process within the call Centre
Provide recommendations for coaching of Call Centre staff based on identified quality issues
Identify risks, contribute to action plans and monitor the progress of these
Ensure that quality assurance is aligned with service/sales standards within the operational environment
Contribute to monthly/weekly quality reporting
Job Requirements:
Matric essential
Diploma in Marketing Management or equivalent preferable
RE5 Certificate – Non-negotiable
2 years of quality assurance
2 years of customer service
2 additional African languages
Skills:
Knowledge of insurance products
Ability to work under pressure
