ADMINISTRATOR

Multi-Award Winning Nursery – Stodels is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join the Head Office Buying team in Bellville.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capturing multiple purchase orders
Entering correct delivery dates on purchase orders according to supplier delivery routes and branch operational requirements
Communicating approved purchase orders to the various branches and suppliers
Data capturing creations, price changes and any other data required by team
Preparing daily pro forma’s according to priority and informing team of any exceptions
Manage all filing

REQUIREMENTS:

Intermediate Excel ability is essential i.e. proficiency in formatting and formulae (competency assessment will form part of interview process)
Minimum 1 year of admin experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Being able to multi task and work under time pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fast learner and ability to take initiative
Experience in retail industry and/or SAP will be advantageous
