Tasks
To perform a Full Debtors Function including but not limited to Collection of outstanding debtors book Allocation of cash received to correct invoices and customer Opening of new debtors accounts – credit rating and trade ref Sorting out queries and reverting back to customers in time Reconciliation of Debtors accounts Processing and generating monthly customer statements Undertaking collection of all Debtors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner Following up on all outstanding invoices Weekly Debtor Reconciliations and ensuring that all collection are allocated to customer statement Addressing and resolving debtors account queries timeously
Required qualifications
Matric
National Diploma in accounting advantage
5-year Experience in a similar role
Understanding of full debtors function
Good and effective communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Microsoft Office
Internal software exposure: SAP
Finance Team
