Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet incoming guests and escort them to their rooms
Answer all incoming calls
Complete list of duties as per night and day shift checklist
Deliver messages to guests
Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed
Supply guests or travellers with directions
and other information such as available services and points of interest

Receive, store, and deliver luggage
Maintain cleanliness of work, grounds and public areas
Transfer luggage to and from rooms/vehicles by hand or baggage carts
Run errands
Explain room features such as locks, air-con, and TV
Park cars
Ensure neat and tidy luggage facilities
Attributes:
Reliable, responsible and dependable to fulfill obligations
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Show initiative by taking control of the task
