A dynamic Telemarking Agency in Cape Town CBDis looking to build a new team of Telemarketers. These positions are ideal for goal-driven, energetic candidates who can work under pressure while thinking on their feet in a high energy and fast-paced environment.

This opportunity is for an individual who is a sales orientated and driven to earn big. On top of your salary, you will earn commission on every sale, as well as high-end incentives. This is your opportunity to make money, the sky is the limit.

The applicant must possess the ability to pick up the phone with ease, be organized and take the initiative to render a successful sale. YOU WILL BE TRAINED IN WINNING SALES TECHNIQUES.

Key Responsibilities:

Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Ensure a polite and efficient service, while providing an excellent customer experience.
Be confident, well-spoken and a clear communicator when dealing with customers.

Skills needed:

Well-spoken and clear communicator
Fluent in English and Afrikaans will be advantageous, but we are also interested in candidates with other language skills
Clear criminal record
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Big dreamer, highly motivated and target driven
Presentable and people orientated
Computer literate (MS Office)
Must reside in the Western Province, the Agency is located in Cape Town, CBD.
Matric (Grade 12) Certificate
