• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and
coordination of the department activities.
• Design, implementation and management of social media plan.
• Assist the National Marketing Manager in conducting research and
analyzing reports.
• Maintains the relevant ISO procedures and policies for the relevant
department.
• Conceptualization and designing of monthly e-newsletters.
• Marketing assistant should be innovative and have great time
efficient processes
• Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation
content to be used by Sales to highlight benefits of our services to
our clients.
• Assisting the National Marketing Manager with full Brand
Management nationally.
• Internal Social Committee Management.
