Invoicing on the Embrace System
Annual performance appraisal process – large volumes and capturing of scores
Finalise bonus schedules in December and February – mail merge letters
Finalise increase schedules – mail merge the letters
Maintaining SHEQ files and legal appointments
Skills and Experience:
Above-average business writing skills
MS Word – Merge function
MS Excel
Ability to work in a complex and large working environment
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years experience in a similar position
