Warehouse Assistant wanted immediately: APPLY NOW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse.
Keep a neat and clean warehouse premises.
Monitor and manage inventory control.
Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.
Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.
Inspect goods for defects and damages.
Notify supervisors of problems that are not resolvable.
Restock materials as and when required.
Dispatch stock to branches, ensuring correct stock is dispatched as per documentation.
Receive stock with correct documentation from supply deliveries and/or branch stock sent back to head office.
Inform management of any suspicious activity in warehouse.
Re-price/re-label stock when required.
Dispatching of stock as per documentation done by sales people at head office level, ensuring correct stock items and correct quantities are pulled out of the warehouse.
Assisting with stock take once a month at head office.
Receive stock from suppliers/branches and stock collected by in house driver.
Receive stock from branches and /or supplier deliveries ensuring correct documentation received & receive stock as per documentation.
From time to time process IWR or IWT to and/or from branches.
Ensuring at the end of each day all warehouse doors are securely locked.
You are required to assist with stock take at head office once a month.
Any other reasonable duty or functions that may be allocated to you from time to time.
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed; maintain the facility to provide a clean, safe work environment.
Load in-house delivery vehicle with stock when required.
Build referral relationships and lead generation network

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric Certified
Solid Computer Proficiency
Maths Literacy (Preferred)
Excellent telephone etiquette
Valid driver’s license will be advantageous
