Main Objective

A Fibre Optic Network service provider is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling administrative duties and stock/inventory. Knowledge of fibre network operations would be an added advantage. This position is based in Port Elizabeth

Main Responsibilities

Assists with purchasing of stock.
Assists with ongoing issuing, tracking and updating of stock movements
Assist with stock take
Assist with typing up minutes of meetings and ensures that it is circulated.
Assists with the preparation, filing and sorting of documentation for Managers.
Assist with the ordering of stationery, travel & accommodation

Qualification and Experience

Matric
2 years admin experience
Be fully computer literate – Word/Excel / Outlook experience

Stock Management experience
Responsible for updates on project tracker
Deadline driven
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good interpersonal skills
Be able to work as part of a team

Excellent planning and organizing skills

Reliable
Working hours: 07:30 – 17:00 hrs
