Admin Clerk wanted urgently: APPLY HERE

Responsibilities will Include:
Updating billing recons daily
Raise invoices at month-end when we have bottlenecks
Assist with account recons and statements
Request and follow up on all remittances and pass this onto accounts department
Update manual statements/recons as and when invoices, credit notes, and payments come through (daily)
Payment allocations once received from accounts
Follow up daily on outstanding monies with clients account department
Client meetings on-site where necessary
Weekly updates to be provided to each unit head responsible for the overall account with detail

Requirements:
Matric
Excellent Microsoft Office package experience, such as excel knowledge (pivot tables and v look ups advantage)
Be familiar with Pastel
Be a team player
Be able to work under pressure
Not a clock watcher
Well-spoken
Be able to take initiative
