Qualified Fitter and Turner
5 plus years as a Fitter and Turner in an Engineering environment
Intermediate computer literacy
Drive to ensure team meets goals and objectives
Energy, drive, and passion to reach targets
Self-confidence, assertiveness, and ability to function independently
Reliable, dedicated to work
Able to work under extreme pressure
Communication skills
Commitment/dedication and self-discipline
Safety control
Problem-solving ability
Fluent in English
Ability to follow leadership and ensure targets are met through team work
Willingness to work overtime and be on standby
Ability to function without supervision
Manufacturing of precision parts on machines
Take accountability for maintenance on line
