Duties and Responsibilities

Effective maintenance of defective electrical or electronic equipment.
Installation of electrical or electronic equipment to laid down specifications.
Preventative maintenance as per program.
Adherence to health and safety rules at all times.
Commitment and compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 20 Keys, Astral Code of Ethics and any other company management systems.

Experience and Education

A qualified Electrician with a minimum N3 certificate and in possession of a trade test certificate.
Have advanced knowledge of PLC systems.
A wireman’s licence would be advantageous.
Be pro-active and able to use own initiative.
Must be prepared to work overtime and standby as required.
Must have own transport.
Personal and professional integrity.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to progress in a multi-skilled environment and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Salary: R9,000.00 to R10,000.00 /month
