Admin Clerk/ Junior Bookkeeper wanted urgently: Salary R8 000 per month

We are looking for an Accounts Clerk/Junior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic construction company team. Office is central to Salt Rock/ Sheffield area. Own transport is required.

The ideal candidate is meticulous with strong time management skills. Proficiency with numbers and the ability to work on many projects with different deadlines is important. At least two years of experience in an account’s environment is preferred.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to Admin duties:
General office management
Costing/Pricing
PAYE/ VAT skills
Creditors
Debtors
Data entry
Accounting software knowledge: Pastel/ Xero
To work with purchasing departments, verifying the accuracy of purchase orders.
Dealing with suppliers and negotiate on prices
Prepare sales documents
Processing all sales-related paperwork
Raising quotations
Handling customer requests
Produce monthly reports
Set invoices up for payment
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Payroll administration
Customer Service
Planning

Monthly Salary: R8000.000 neg
